Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment

The founding director of the company is Nthabiseng Matshwene Evelyn Kgatla. As a 100 percent black female owned company, the company takes a responsible view towards broad based black empowerment and skills development. Our support for the advancement of these causes is extended by our preference to acquire services from BBBEE compliant entities, and is also applicable to a number of subsidiaries and investments made by our firm. The philosophy behind this is we believe that sustainable empowerment and integration should take place not only in our firm, but over the total spectrum of our lives.

Nthabiseng has 20 years’ experience in the profession, being admitted in 2000 into the legal profession. Her accumulative qualifications, BLC, LLB, LLM, MBA AND PHD places her expertise in a corporate sphere on far greater and broader level.
